- What material are MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry pieces made of?
Our jewelry does not have any kind of plating. All MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is made from 750 thousandths (18 karat) and 375 thousandths (9 karat) fine gold. Additionally, each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by us, Alejandro and Alberto, owners of MIMÍKOKÓ and certified gemologists. For jewelry with diamonds, another certificate is included that verifies their cut, carats, color, and clarity.
- Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay over 3 months interest-free with Klarna or up to 36 months with interest through Aplázame. You can also use Sequra.
- How much does shipping cost?
All shipping is FREE for ALL orders within Mainland Spain and Portugal. For other destinations, please check our shipping and returns page.
- What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the jewelry you ordered, as specified on each product page: it can range from 3 business days to 1 business day (1 business day if you placed the order before 5:00 PM today, except for rings, which must be ordered before 1:00 PM today to arrive the next business day; otherwise, they will arrive 2 business days later).
- How can I clean the jewelry?
All MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is handcrafted in 18 or 9 karat gold, making them durable and resistant to the passage of time. As delicate and valuable pieces, they should be handled with care. To keep them looking beautiful and wear them at their best, follow these tips:
- Clean them regularly using soap, warm water, and a brush.
- Avoid contact with chemicals such as detergents or alcohol.
- Do not immerse the jewelry in saltwater, as it can cause it to lose its shine.
- Do the jewelry pieces have certificates?
All MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry meets the certification and guarantee standards for fine precious metals. This is physically marked on the jewelry through the hallmarks established by Spanish regulations for objects made with precious metals. These hallmarks include identification and origin marks as well as the guarantee mark.
You can find this certification engraved on the jewelry. Additionally, all our pieces come with a quality certificate that certifies the authenticity and guarantee of the item. This is provided when purchasing in our physical or online store. Furthermore, for jewelry with diamonds (both natural and lab-created), a certificate is included detailing the cut, clarity, carats, and color of the diamonds.
