Purchase Process and Payments

Browsing and shopping in our online store is easy. Simply choose your desired product, add it to the cart, fill in your shipping details (you can register if you’d like to receive our offers and promotions, or proceed without registering), and select your payment method.

At MIMÍKOKÓ we place special emphasis on the presentation of our jewelry. That’s why your purchase comes with special packaging. Your order will arrive well protected in a recycled cardboard box, inside which you’ll find the jewel in an elegant MIMÍKOKÓ case. You’ll also have the option at checkout to add, at no extra cost, a card with a personalized dedication. All jewelry is accompanied by a quality certificate for 750-thousandths (18-karat) or 375-thousandths (9-karat) first-law gold. In addition, jewelry with diamonds includes a certificate issued by us (we are certified gemologists) stating the weight, cut, clarity, and color of the diamonds. Furthermore, all MIMÍKOKÓ diamonds meet the conditions of the Kimberley Process (a certification system for the international trade of diamonds not originating from conflict countries).

Discounts and Promotions at MIMÍKOKÓ

On certain dates of the year, such as Black Friday or other limited promotions, the customer will pay the price of the jewel with the applicable discount applied at the time of purchase, either directly or after applying a discount coupon. If a customer makes a purchase before or after a promotional period, the amount paid cannot be modified by any other promotion or discount. This purchase policy applies to both the physical store and the online store.

Right to Cancel a Purchase

Once the purchase has been made, the customer may cancel it within the next 24 hours if they so wish. After that period, the order will already be in process and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Accepted Payment Methods are:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Maestro, Amex, UnionPay).

• Cash on delivery.

• PayPal.

• Klarna, Sequra or Aplázame installment payment options, which allow you to finance your purchase in the number of installments you choose with a small interest (Aplázame) or in three interest-free months (Klarna). Available in Spain only.

Prices of Products Sold in the MIMÍKOKÓ Online Store

The prices shown on this website are indicated in Euros, including VAT, applicable at the time the order is finalized. Any change in this tax will be reflected in the price of the Products sold by MIMÍKOKÓ on its website. Prices may vary throughout the year; products ordered will be invoiced at the prices in force at the time the order is placed. Other taxes or charges, such as duties or customs taxes, are not included.

Advertised prices and offers may be modified, corrected, or canceled without prior notice, although your invoice will reflect the website price, i.e., the current rate, at the moment the order is registered*.

The prices of our products are shown in euros per unit (€/u), taxes included. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order. Shipping within mainland Spain and Portugal is free of charge. For other locations, the shipping price will be added to the value of the purchased products according to the destination country’s shipping rate. Shipping costs and taxes will be indicated before the buyer confirms the order.
