Promotional offers are valid on the dates indicated on the website and depending on available stocks, which will be reported for each promotion.

In case of unavailability of one or more Products after validation of the order, you will be informed. The amount of your order will be recalculated and your account will be debited with the new amount, minus the deduction of the missing Product(s). If the totality of your order is not available, you will be informed and your account will not be debited and the sale will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to you.

You can also cancel an order placed on the Web, by contacting customer service at hola@mimikoko.es.

If Customer Service informs you that your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will have to refuse the package when you receive it and the User will be charged for the costs incurred.

In accordance with art. 40 of Law 47/ 2002 of reform of Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, the buyer before placing his order is entitled to know the essential characteristics of the product(s) he wishes to purchase.

PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS FOR SALE ON THE WEBSITE

The prices shown on this website are indicated in Euros V.A.T. included, applicable up to the moment of finalizing the order. Any change in this tax will affect the price of products sold by MIMÍKOKÓ JEWELRY on its website. Prices are subject to change during the year, being clear that the Products ordered will be invoiced at the prices in force at the time of placing the order. Other types of taxes such as taxes or customs duties are not included.

The advertised prices and offers may be modified, rectified or cancelled without prior notice, although your invoice will be based on the price on the web, at the rate in force at the time the order is registered.

The prices of our products are shown in euros per unit (€/ud), taxes included. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the price of the products purchased according to the amount of the order, volume and weight. Shipping costs and taxes will be indicated before the Buyer validates the order.

All invoices by default will contain detailed VAT.

MIMÍKOKÓ JEWELRY reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery of any nature and at any stage of the shipment, in case of non-payment of the total amount of any sum due by the Buyer, the delivery of a new order may be suspended in case of delay in payment of a previous order and this notwithstanding the present provisions.

MIMÍKOKÓ JEWELRY in order to ensure the greatest security for its customers, reserves the right to request if it deems necessary and prior to delivery of the order, a photocopy of the identity card of the Buyer for any payment by credit card. For amounts over 500 euros including taxes, MIMÍKOKÓ JEWELRY reserves the right to ask for a certified photocopy of the identity document.

JEWELRY WARRANTY

MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any imperfection resulting from manufacturing defects, excluding those problems arising from improper use of the jewelry. Should the jewelry experience any inconvenience that is not related to a manufacturing defect, our craftsmen will evaluate the underlying reason for the problem.
