Promotional offers are valid on the dates indicated on the website and depending on available stock, which will be informed for each promotion.

If one or more Products are not available after order validation, you will be informed. The amount of your order will be recalculated and your account will be charged the new amount, deducting the missing Product(s) from the quantity. If your entire order is unavailable, you will be informed and no charge will be made to your account, canceling the sale and refunding the full amount.

If Customer Service informs you that your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you must refuse the package when you receive it, and the costs incurred will be charged to the User.

In accordance with art. 40 of Law 47/2002 reforming Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Regulation of January 15, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce, the buyer has the right to know the essential characteristics of the product(s) they wish to purchase before placing their order.

PRODUCT PRICES FOR SALE ON THE WEBSITE

The prices shown on this Website are indicated in Euros VAT included, applicable until the order is finalized. Any change in this tax will affect the price of the Products sold by MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA on its Website. Prices are subject to variation during the year, making it clear that ordered Products will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. Other types of derived taxes such as fees or customs duties would not be included.

The prices and advertised offers may be modified, corrected, or canceled without prior notice, although your invoice will be based on the web price, current rate, at the time the order is placed.

The prices of our products are shown in euros per unit (€/unit), including taxes. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the price of the purchased products according to the order amount, volume, and weight. Shipping costs and taxes will be indicated before the Buyer confirms the order.

All invoices will by default include detailed VAT.

The Buyer guarantees to MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen at the time of placing the order.

MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery of any nature at any stage of shipment, in case of non-payment of the total amount or any sum owed by the Buyer; delivery of a new order may be suspended in case of delay in payment of a previous order despite these provisions.

MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA, in order to guarantee the highest security for its customers, reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary and prior to order delivery, a photocopy of the Buyer's identity document for all payments made by bank card. For amounts exceeding 500 euros including taxes, MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA reserves the right to request a certified copy of the identity document.

JEWELRY WARRANTY

MIMÍKOKÓ's jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any imperfection resulting from manufacturing defects, excluding issues arising from improper use of the jewelry. If the jewelry experiences any problem not related to a manufacturing defect, our quality team will evaluate the underlying cause of the issue.
