PRODUCTS SOLD ON MIMIKOKO.ES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers (such as Black Friday, Mother's Day, and others) are valid on the dates indicated on the website and depending on available stock, which will be informed for each promotion. Promotions or discounts will not be accepted outside their valid dates, either in the physical store or online.
Additionally, if the customer makes a purchase before a discount promotion and then wants to take advantage of the promotion discount by making a return and purchase during the promotion, Mimíkokó reserves the right to refuse this and will not accept exchanges or returns for that purpose. However, exchanges or returns are accepted if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
In case one or more Products are not available after order validation, you will be informed. The amount of your order will be recalculated and your account will be charged the new amount, deducting the missing Product(s) from the quantity. If your entire order is not available, you will be informed and no charge will be made to your account, canceling the sale and refunding the full amount.

If Customer Service informs you that your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you must refuse the package upon receipt, and the costs incurred will be charged to the User.
In accordance with art. 40 of Law 47/2002 reforming Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Regulation of January 15, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce, the buyer has the right to know the essential characteristics of the product(s) they wish to purchase before placing their order.
The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the Products for sale are not contractual and are for illustrative purposes only, and do not bind MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA, which makes every effort to ensure that the colors shown in the photos on the Website are faithful to the original Products; however, variations may occur due to the technical limitations of the color capabilities of a computer device.
PRODUCT PRICES FOR SALE ON THE WEBSITE
The prices shown on this Website are indicated in Euros VAT included, applicable until the order is finalized. Any change in this tax will affect the price of the Products sold by MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA on its Website. Prices are subject to change during the year, with the understanding that ordered Products will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. Other types of derived taxes such as fees or customs duties are not included.
Tax-free cannot be applied for purchases made through the website.
Prices and advertised offers may be modified, corrected, or canceled without prior notice, although your invoice will reflect the web price, current rate, at the time the order is placed.
The prices of our products are shown in euros per unit (€/unit), including taxes. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the price of the purchased products according to the order amount, volume, and weight. Shipping costs and taxes will be indicated before the Buyer confirms the order.
All invoices will by default include detailed VAT.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
All orders are payable in euros. To make the payment for your order, a Virtual POS payment system is offered, which accepts VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards.
Another payment method accepted at MIMÍKOKÓ is PayPal, or it is also possible to pay through Aplázame or Klarna.
The Buyer guarantees to MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen at the time of placing the order.
MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery of any nature at any stage of shipment, in case of non-payment of the total amount owed by the Buyer. Delivery of a new order may be suspended if there is a delay in payment of a previous order, despite these provisions.
MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA, in order to guarantee the highest security for its clients, reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary and prior to order delivery, a photocopy of the Buyer’s identity document for all payments made by bank card. For amounts over 500 euros including taxes, MIMÍKOKÓ JOYERÍA reserves the right to request a certified copy of the identity document.
Only to prevent any Internet fraud or other crime, the data you provide when placing your order may be shared with a third party for verification, third parties whose corporate activity allows such verification.
JEWELRY WARRANTY
MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is backed by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any imperfection resulting from manufacturing defects, excluding problems arising from improper use of the jewelry. If the jewelry experiences any issue not related to a manufacturing defect, our quality team will evaluate the underlying cause of the problem.
