As soon as the order is registered, the buyer receives an order confirmation email to the email address provided. Once your order is ready to be shipped by our courier company NACEX (for shipments in Spain and Portugal) or FedEx (for all other countries), an SMS will be sent to the phone number you have provided. MIMÍKOKÓ reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute related to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason related mainly to the abnormal nature of the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct shipping address when placing the order, because if the shipping company (Nacex) does not find the address, the customer must pay the cost of a second shipment (6€) in favor of MIMÍKOKÓ so that, again, the shipping company proceeds to resend the package to the correct address.
MIMÍKOKÓ does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.
No delivery will be made if payment has not been received previously.
The order will be delivered to the address and person specified by the customer.
If the customer or person indicated is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the order until a second attempt, which will be charged to the customer. After the second attempt, the goods would be returned to MIMÍKOKÓ. In such a case, MIMÍKOKÓ would contact the customer.
Shipments to countries belonging to the European Union including Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco and San Marino.

Customs charges (where applicable)
Any customs duties arising from the import of products to the country or region of destination will be borne by the buyer, so MIMÍKOKÓ can not be responsible for the goods once they are in customs in your country/region. This implies both possible delays arising from the immobilization of the goods in customs and the payment of duties that may arise from the purchase of the items.
Exchanges and returns
At MIMÍKOKÓ, the satisfaction of our customers is fundamental. You can exchange or return any item for free EXCEPT:
- Purchases that have been made from another destination other than PENINSULAR Spain or Portugal. In this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging the product. MIMÍKOKÓ is not responsible for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipment. For more information please contact us by WhatsApp.
- Earrings and piercings for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Rings whose size is 7, 8, 9, 10 or 17 and up.
- Personalized jewelry, such as items with initial or name (rings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants) and zodiac sign pendants.
- Jewelry made to order at Atelier.
For the rest of the articles, MIMÍKOKÓ accepts the exchange or return for FREE in the following cases:
- Exchange for another product of the same amount or higher.
- In case of having received the order in bad condition.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with your purchase.
- The purchase has been made in mainland Spain or Portugal.
The deadline to make the exchange or return is 14 calendar days from receipt of order.
The customer must take into account that, due to the handmade nature of our pieces, some colors or shapes of the items may vary slightly in relation to the images shown on the web. The conditions for exchanging or returning an item are as follows:
- To request a return you must fill out the following form, write an email to hola@mimikoko.es or by WhatsApp to +34 621 28 10 78 indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible.
- Once approved the return of the product, MIMÍKOKÓ undertakes to send a courier to pick up the product to the requested destination.
- The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (box, documents, certificates, accessories...). Once MIMÍKOKÓ authorizes the return, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item.
- The refund of the amount of the item will be made in the method of payment used by the customer for the purchase within a maximum period of 5 working days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal / return by the consumer.
- If you live in Malaga, you can also make the return of your online purchase in our store located in the historic center, in Calle Alarcón Luján 9 (next to Calle Larios), accompanied by the certificate of the jewel, ticket / delivery note, case / s.
Jewelry repair
In the event that a jewel needs to be repaired (for example, a broken chain, loss of a stone, etc...) and this is within the warranty period (1 year), MIMÓKOKÓ will pay the workshop costs and the customer must pay the shipping costs (12€ in total, for collection and shipping. Only in mainland Spain and Portugal). In this case, MIMÍKOKÓ undertakes to send a courier of our transport company (NACEX) to the customer's address for collection and subsequent shipment.
*For purchases that have been made from another destination other than mainland Spain or Portugal, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to our office for arrangement, as well as the subsequent shipment of the workshop to the customer's home. MIMÍKOKÓ will pay the workshop costs*.
Ring size change
If the customer wishes to purchase a ring, we have in our online store a size guide that can be consulted to know the size of the ring. The customer can choose the size he/she wants at the time of purchase and MIMIKOKÓ undertakes to send the ring in the size requested. In the event that the size chosen by the customer is not the correct one, MIMIKOKÓ will pay the workshop costs and the customer must pay by bank transfer the shipping costs (12€ in total, for collection and shipping. Only in Spain peninsula and Portugal). In this case, MIMÍKOKÓ would send a courier of our transport company (NACEX) to the customer's home for collection and subsequent shipment.
*For purchases of rings that have been made from another destination other than mainland Spain or Portugal, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our company (NACEX). shipping costs to our office.a office for the adjustment of the size of the ring, as well as the subsequent shipment of the workshop to the customer's home.
