As soon as the order is placed, the buyer receives an order confirmation email at the provided email address. Once your order is ready to be shipped by our courier company NACEX (for shipments within Spain and Portugal), an email with your order tracking number will be sent. MIMÍKOKÓ reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer who has an outstanding dispute related to payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason mainly related to the abnormal nature of the order.

When the package arrives at the requested destination, customs costs will be the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled upon delivery. These costs include any fees or duties payable at the destination, such as the IPSI tax, the Single Import Document (DUA), and the corresponding customs procedures. For the purchase of any product from the online store, customs processing fees are €18. The customer, when placing the order, is responsible for paying these fees upon receiving the package.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address details when placing the order, as if the carrier (Nacex) cannot find the address, the customer must pay the cost of a second shipment (€6) to MIMÍKOKÓ so that the carrier can resend the package to the correct address. 

MIMÍKOKÓ does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional, or local holidays.

No delivery will be made without prior payment.

The order will be delivered to the address and person specified by the customer.

If the customer or designated person is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package until a second delivery attempt, which will incur a cost for the customer. After the second attempt, the goods will be returned to MIMÍKOKÓ. In such a case, MIMÍKOKÓ will contact the customer.

Customs Fees (where applicable)

Any customs duties arising from the import of products to the destination country or region will be the responsibility of the buyer, so MIMÍKOKÓ cannot be held responsible for the goods once they are at customs in your country/region. This includes any possible delays caused by the goods being held at customs as well as the payment of tariffs that may result from the purchase of the items.

Exchanges and returns

At MIMÍKOKÓ, customer satisfaction is fundamental. Returns and exchanges are FREE for our customers (MIMÍKOKÓ covers the costs and management) in the following cases:

  • If the order was received in poor condition.
  • The purchase was made in mainland Spain or Portugal.
  • Exchange for another product of the same or higher value.

However, there are certain products for which MIMÍKOKÓ does not accept exchanges or returns:

  • Rings sized 7, 8, 9, 10, or from size 17 onwards.
  • Personalized jewelry, such as items with initials or names (rings, bracelets, necklaces, and pendants) and pendants with zodiac signs.
  • Custom jewelry made to order at the Atelier.
  • Purchases made from destinations other than mainland Spain or Portugal and jewelry from the OUTLET collection (30%). In these cases, the customer will bear the return or exchange shipping costs. MIMÍKOKÓ is not responsible for any loss the product may suffer during shipping. For more information, contact us via WhatsApp.

    The period to make an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

    The customer should note that, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, some colors or shapes of the items may vary slightly from the images shown on the website. The conditions for exchanging or returning an item are as follows:

    • To request a return, you must fill out the following form, send an email to hola@mimikoko.es or via WhatsApp at +34 621 28 10 78 indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible.
    • Once the product return is approved, MIMÍKOKÓ commits to sending a courier to pick up the product at the requested address.
    • The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (box, documents, certificates, accessories…). Once MIMÍKOKÓ authorizes the return, the refund of the item's amount will be processed.
    • The refund of the item's amount will be made to the payment method used by the customer for the purchase once MIMÍKOKÓ has received the jewelry return at the store.
    • If you live in Málaga, you can also return your online purchase at our store located in the heart of the Historic Center, at Calle Alarcón Luján 9 (next to Calle Larios), accompanied by the jewelry certificate, delivery receipt/invoice, and case(s).

     

    Jewelry Repair

    In the event that a repair is needed for a piece of jewelry (for example, a broken chain, loss of a stone, etc.), all MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty from the date the customer receives the jewelry. This warranty covers any damage the jewelry has suffered due to a manufacturing defect. In this case, MIMÍKOKÓ will cover the repair costs, and the customer must pay the shipping costs (€14.95 in total, for home pickup and post-repair shipping. Only in mainland Spain and Portugal. Jewelry insured transport). In such a case, MIMÍKOKÓ commits to sending a courier from our transport company (NACEX) to the customer's address for pickup and subsequent shipping. 

    If the jewelry experiences any issue not related to a manufacturing defect, Alejandro or Alberto, the brand owners, will assess the underlying cause of the problem and provide the customer with a repair estimate.

    *For purchases made from destinations other than mainland Spain or Portugal, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our store for repair, as well as the subsequent shipping to the customer's address. MIMÍKOKÓ will cover the repair costs*

    Ring size exchange

    If the customer wishes to buy a ring, we have a size guide available in our online store that they can consult to find their ring size. The customer can choose the size they want at the time of purchase, and MIMÍKOKÓ commits to sending the ring in the requested size. If the size chosen by the customer is not correct, MIMÍKOKÓ will cover the workshop costs, and the customer must pay the shipping costs (€14.95 in total, for pickup and delivery. Only in mainland Spain and Portugal). In such a case, MIMÍKOKÓ will send a courier from our transport company (NACEX) to the customer's address for pickup and subsequent shipping.

    *For ring purchases made from destinations other than mainland Spain or Portugal, the customer will be responsible shipping costs to ourthe store for ring size adjustment, as well as the subsequent shipping to the customer's address. MIMÍKOKÓ covers the workshop costs arising from the size change*
