Once your package is prepared in our store, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order. Additionally, our courier company NACEX will send you an SMS with the tracking number.

Yes. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make any exchange or return free of charge. We accept exchanges or returns of any item, EXCEPT:
The return is free of charge for the customer, and MIMÍKOKÓ covers all the return shipping costs. We will send a NACEX courier to your home to pick up the jewelry, and once it arrives at our store, we will refund the amount to you.

In the event that a piece of jewelry needs repair (for example, a broken chain, loss of a stone, etc...), all MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty from the date the customer receives the jewelry. This warranty covers any damage the jewelry has suffered due to a manufacturing defect. In this case, MIMÍKOKÓ will cover the repair costs, and the customer must pay the shipping fees (€14.95 in total, for home pickup and post-repair shipping. Only within Mainland Spain and Portugal. MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is backed by a 3-year warranty starting from the date the customer receives the jewelry. This warranty covers any imperfections resulting from manufacturing defects, excluding issues caused by improper use of the jewelry.
All MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is made of First Law gold of 750 thousandths (18 karats) and 375 thousandths (9 karats). Therefore, it is REAL gold and not gold-plated.
