    Both Alejandro and Alberto are third-generation jewelers with extensive experience in custom jewelry design in our store. Additionally, we are certified gemologists by the Spanish Gemological Institute. We work exclusively with 18-carat gold and do not make jewelry in any other metal.

    We design and manufacture all types of jewelry, and we work directly without intermediaries: we collaborate with workshops that use the most advanced jewelry techniques, such as laser technology and 3D designs.

    MATERIALS AND CREATION OF YOUR JEWELRY

    We work exclusively with 18-karat gold. You can choose from a wide variety of gems and customize all the details, such as the size of the jewelry or the stones. From engagement rings to pendants, both Alejandro and Alberto will guide you through the process to make your wishes come true.

    BUDGET

    We will provide you with a no-obligation quote tailored as closely as possible to your needs. To start creating your jewelry and once the quote is accepted, we will need you to pay 50% of the quote. The delivery time for the jewelry is 3 to 4 weeks depending on the work required. Once the piece is finished and ready to be shipped or picked up in-store, the remaining 50% must be paid in advance. Before that, however, we will send you photos or a video so you can see how the jewelry turned out and be satisfied.

    3D JEWELRY DESIGN

    Start of the jewelry manufacturing. Our technical team will begin designing the jewelry in 3D using the software we work with (Rhino and 3Design) to create a detailed visual representation of the jewelry.

    DESIGN VALIDATION

    We will send you photos and videos of the 3D design or hand drawings so that you can validate the design and finalize small details.

    MANUFACTURING OF THE JEWEL

    Once the reproduction is made, we will proceed, in the workshops we work with, to craft the jewel through the processes of gold casting, finishing, and polishing to obtain the desired shape and shine. Then, we set the gems in the jewel, using the setting technique. Finally, we polish the jewel again to remove any imperfections.

    DELIVERY OF YOUR JEWEL

    Finally, we carry out a final inspection to ensure that the jewel meets all specifications. The jewel is delivered in a beautiful recycled cardboard case with its quality certificates, as well as other surprises :). You will receive your jewel at the address you provide within 24 hours.
